Lakeshore & Coast
A platform we own and operate.
It is deliberately not a brokerage and deliberately not a listing portal, and it says so on the first screen. Lakeshore and Coast explains Central Florida waterfront living: the lake chains and the beach towns, what to weigh before buying on the water, and what maintaining a home near it actually involves. Homes appear as cards and video that link out to wherever they are listed, rather than as a search index this site pretends to own. Navy and lake teal on sand, set in a serif, because the entire proposition is that it reads as editorial rather than as a feed. Designed, built and operated by Signal Grove.
