The project
Elder Fulfillment
A self-initiated concept developed by Signal Grove to explore how a warehousing and fulfillment company could explain a broad service set clearly to B2B buyers. It was not commissioned.
Logistics buyers do not convert off a hero image. They arrive with a pallet count, a product that needs assembling into a kit, and one question about whether this partner can handle it. So the concept splits the offer into scopes a buyer can actually price, public warehousing, kitting and fulfillment, and technology-supported inventory, and puts the estimating tools next to the objection rather than in a resources section. Warehouse photography is used at working scale, showing the operation rather than decorating the page. A concept redesign produced here, not commissioned work, so nothing on this page is a client outcome.
Three scopes a buyer can price separately

Storage, kitting and cartage, stated as separate jobs
Collapsing these into one services page is what makes a logistics site unusable. A prospect who needs kitting should not have to read about storage to find out.

Calculators placed where the objection happens
Space, storage cost and fulfillment cost, estimated on the page rather than promised after a call.
