The project

Thomas Fulfillment

A self-initiated concept developed by Signal Grove to explore how a fulfillment and logistics company could present its services plainly and make an inquiry easy. It was not commissioned.

One page, three anchors, four capability blocks. Somebody who needs returns handling should not have to read about direct-to-consumer distribution to discover whether it is offered, so the capabilities are parallel blocks rather than a narrative. The type does the other half of the work: a serif for the sections about the operation's history and a geometric sans for the operational ones, so the two registers are visibly different without a heading announcing the change. A working blue on a pale field keeps the warehouse photography as the only saturated thing on the page. A concept redesign produced here, not commissioned.

The page

One page, because a capability check is not a journey

A wide band of the Thomas Fulfillment concept headed Structured Fulfillment Solutions, with four capability cards beneath it for e-commerce distribution, assembly and kitting, returns management, and warehousing and storage
