The project

The FL Home Pros

A platform we own and operate.

A directory is only as good as its filter. A homeowner with a failed air conditioner in August does not want every company in Florida, they want the ones that do that trade, in their county, with a license that checks out. So the filter is the interface: trade, county, distance and credential, with the result count visible while you narrow it. Storm preparation and recovery runs as its own section, because in Florida that is a seasonal emergency rather than a category. We own and operate this platform, which means we answer for the data quality afterward instead of handing over a launch and walking away from what happens next.

The filter is the interface: trade, county, distance and credential, with the result count visible while you narrow it.

Project status
Owned platform, designed, built and operated by Signal Grove.
The filter

Trade, county, distance and credential, as the interface

The count updates while you narrow, so it is obvious whether a filter has cut the list to something useful or to nothing at all.

Categories

Grouped by the three areas a Florida home actually needs

Storm season

Preparation and recovery, treated as its own thing

A seasonal emergency is not a service category, and filing it as one is how most Florida directories lose the search that matters most.

Beyond the screen

A mark small enough to stitch

The house and check mark was drawn to survive at favicon size, which is also why it embroiders cleanly on a cap front and reads on a sticker.
