The project

Lakeland Lawn Services

A self-initiated concept developed by Signal Grove to explore how a lawn care company could separate residential and commercial work and keep the route to a quote short. It was not commissioned.

Lawn care is bought on reliability, not on design. The concept is built around the four questions that actually decide it: what is included in a cut, who turns up, what happens when it rains, and how to stop without an argument. Those answers sit on the first screen instead of behind a services menu. This is a concept redesign produced here, not commissioned work, so there is no client to credit and no result to report. What it demonstrates is a structure: scope stated plainly, a maintenance promise written in the language a homeowner would use, and one obvious way to ask for a number.

The site

Scope on the first screen, not behind a menu

A wide band of the Lakeland Lawn Services home page headed Premium Lawn Care and Property Maintenance, with three photographs beneath it for mowing, edging and trimming, and hedge and bush trimming
What is included

A guarantee written the way a homeowner would say it

Reliable timing, no-contract freedom and a plain service guarantee, stated as four short claims rather than a paragraph of reassurance.

The Lakeland Lawn Services section headed Why Lakeland Homeowners Rely On Our Cuts, with four short claims beside it: reliable timing, licensed and insured, no-contract freedom, and stripe-like grass striping, above a hundred percent service guarantee
