The project

SudsList

A platform we own and operate.

This is a marketplace for buying the business, not for finding somewhere to wash clothes. Somebody about to spend several hundred thousand dollars on a coin laundry needs to price one before they browse any, so the valuation tools come first and the listings come second. The deal analyzer takes a store's numbers, rolls them into a single verdict, and then shows the individual reads underneath, which lets a buyer either skip to the answer or work through the reasoning. Around it sit the guides that cover the parts a calculator cannot: leases, financing, equipment condition and due diligence. Designed, built and operated by Signal Grove.

One verdict, with the reads kept underneath it

A single score is useless if a buyer cannot see what drove it, and a wall of ratios is useless if they only wanted the answer. Both are on the same screen.
